Returns & Exchanges

At PREETPRET, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PREETPRET account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unused, then include your printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
